This is Braydin's side he told me that he was doing a pattern on his, then we go to Regan's side and....
here it is Braydin told us that Regan side was the creative side. He makes us laugh the things that an 8 year old says.
After the wonderful Monday night activity Wednesday at the school the classes were making their Gingerbread houses. It was really nice because the 3rd graders are the book buddies for the kindergarten classes and it so happens that Braydin's class is Regan's classes book buddies, so they put the two of them together.
Regan was so ready to make his house, he hardly slept the night before.
It made me laugh Braydin's teacher told all the 3rd graders to make sure that they helped their book buddies good, and I know that if Braydin would have had another book buddy things would be a little different. But Braydin kept telling him everything that he was doing wrong, just like a big brother would do....
But really Braydin is a great big brother to both Regan and Paige.
I took Paige with us to make the Gingerbread houses at the school, she loved being a big kid. She thinks she is one of them. She has no idea that she is only 2.
This is Regan's finished project from school, he was so proud he brought it home and asked if he could put it next to the family one so that they could be together.
Like I said before this was such a fun week with the kids, I'm hoping that it spills over into the next few weeks. I love this time of the year and I hope that I can show my children that this is a time to celebrate and be excited, and to remember that Jesus is the reason for the season.

How fun!! We love to do these kind of things as well! It's such a fun exciting time of year. You are making memories!!!
Cute houses!!! We try to make them but we eat most of it before we can even finish the house. So, our house is never very big. Maybe we should just make a trailor. lol
They did such a good job on their houses. This is such a festive time of year and it is so fun to do these kinds of activities to make special traditions for your family.
They are so cute! Jaxon also thought they were very yummy. Thanks for being a great friend and feeding us dinner the night before the storm. Hope we get out tomorrow.
How cute! You all did a fantastic job!
We opted out on doing these this year...Halloween houses were enough for me :)
Looks great though!!!
